The Recovery Flex Pack is a soft compression wrap with adjustable Velcro zones and a detachable Dual Thermo™ Pack. It adapts around your knee, leg, or arm providing compression support when you move, targeted hot or cold therapy when you recover.

Adjustable Velcro zones let you set the compression across knee, leg, or arm without restricting your range of motion. Wrap it, dial it in, get back to it. The anti-slip design keeps it in place so it moves with you.

Recovery Mode

Slot in the Dual Thermo™ Pack when you need targeted recovery. The reusable gel stays soft and conforming even when frozen, moulding to the area. Premium neoprene outer with polyester-spandex (lycra) lining and nylon elastic binding tape. Detachable Dual Thermo^TM Packs. Dual Velcro zones for adjusting compression. The inner materials are soft, breathable, and built to move - stretching with every step and wicking away sweat to keep you cool and comfortable.

Hand wash only in cool water (max 30°C) using a gentle pressing motion.
Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron, bleach, or spin dry — this damages the fabric elasticity.
Air dry flat in a ventilated, shaded area. Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth after each use
Do not machine wash
Avoid contact with sharp objects
If the pack is leaking or bulging, discard immediately. Do not continue use.
Do not freeze continuously for more than 72 hours. Store flat.

Heat the Dual Thermo Pack and attach it to the Flex Pack Wrap. Wear for 15–20 minutes before activity. Heat promotes circulation and loosens stiff tissue.

Wrap. Adjust. Move.

Detach the Dual Thermo Pack and wear the Flex Pack Wrap for adjustable compression across knee, leg, or arm. Achieve soft stabilisation without restricting your range of motion.

Freeze. Compress. Recover.

How do I use the Dual-Thermo Pack for hot and cold therapy?

The Dual-Thermo Pack works for both cold and heat therapy.

For cold therapy:

Place the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. Once frozen, slide it into the pocket of your Knee Brace or attach it to your Flex Pack, secure the wrap, and apply to the area for 15–20 minutes.

For heat therapy:

Microwave the gel pack in short intervals — 40 seconds, then 20 seconds, then 10 seconds. Check the temperature against your skin before applying. Once comfortable, attach/insert it into your wrap and apply for 15–20 minutes.

After each session:

Remove the gel pack, wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Do not microwave a frozen pack — let it thaw first.

Safety note:

Never apply the gel pack directly to bare skin for extended periods. Always use it within the wrap, or place a thin cloth between the pack and skin if sensitivity is a concern.

Can I wear the knee brace or flex pack while moving or exercising?

Yes — and how you wear it depends on what you need.

With the Dual-Thermo Pack attached: wear it during rest or light, slow movement. The gel pack is doing its job — delivering targeted cold or heat therapy to support recovery. Think or read sitting, gentle stretching, or slow walking around the house. This is your recovery mode.

Without the Dual-Thermo Pack attached: both the Knee Brace and the Flex Pack are built for active use. The Knee Brace — Spring Support provides lateral stability and compression during walking, running, stair climbing, sports and exercise. The Flex Pack wraps and supports without restricting your range of motion. Wear either one through your day, at the gym, or on the go — no gel pack needed.

Most people use the gel pack for a 15–20 minute session after their activity, then keep the wrap on as they get moving again. One product. Two modes. You decide.
